Moon Cake | The Ritz-Carlton

Its the time of the year where Mooncakes are in the greatest demand. We Chinese elebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival together and enjoying one of these Chinese pastry. Every year, my company buys many boxes for our customers as gifts during this Chinese festival. This year, they have chosen the "branded" one from Ritz-Carlton.









I like the design and think its presentable as compared to some others. I have been to Takashimaya to see all sorts of mooncakes that are on display and for sale. For those who have missed the chance, you might have to wait for another year.

You do not see the cross-section of the mooncake as it is already in my stomach... Yum...
